Communication
Board
Communication being viewed as one of the most vital component
of the Student Council, this board is further divided into three
branches, namely:

The
External Communication Board is responsible for promoting co-operation
between other secondary schools and DBS. The board plays a significant
role in all liaision work involved in the preparation of joint-school
activities.
The
Internal Communication Board aims at building a strong bridge
of communication between schoolmates and the school. The Board
ensures every advice suggested by you is processed as soon as
possible. The Board has recruited 2 class representatives from
each class so that your opinions can reach us in the most efficient
manner.
Your
suggestions and kind advice will then be passed to the General
Board. The Board serves as a messenger between the Student Council
and all departments of the school. They are devoted to bringing
the best solutions to any of your problems as soon as possible.

Promotion
Board:
The
Board is responsible for publicizing the work of the Student Council
in order that all of our schoolmates can have better understanding
to the news of the Council. This is achieved through several means.
The Art and Design Department promotes activities by publishing
posters, leaflets and notices. The IT Department maintains the
website of the Student Council from time to time in order to provide
up-to-dated information to you.
