-Democratic Board

Our democratic Board is one of the best means to facilitate communication between the Council and you schoolmates. We update a lot of information on this board, including coming-up activities, our recent policies, etc. If you would like to have your opinions posted up on the democratic Board, you are cordially welcome to meet our officals in the SC office, who will process your suggestions immediately and do accordingly to satisfy your needs.

 

-Letter Box

Located beside the staff room in the main building, it can easily be accessed. Every day, our officals will check this letter box for any new advice. Feel free to put down anything that you wish to inform the Council and proceed to the box at any time convenient to you.

After we have received your suggestions, we will always take them into consideration to the finest details. Actions that the Council feel appropiate will be taken at once.

Electoral Regulations of the 8th Executive Board Election of Student Council 2008/09

It should be emphasized that all proposed cabinets running for the election of the Executive Board of Student Council 08/09, taking into account all election-related activities,

"cannot spend more than HK$2000 in the process. Any cabinet spending more than HK$2000 will be announced to be violating the electoral regulations and will be subject to warnings. Disqualifications may also be given."

The maximum amount of subsidy that the Student Council will provide to each proposed cabinet for the election capaign is HK$600.
